As the year draws to a close, we reflect on a milestone year for URSYS. In 2025, our company celebrated its 30th anniversary – a testament to resilience, ingenuity, and the steadfast support of our clients and partners.
The URSYS team continues to grow and evolve.
- We brought on 2 new team members in 2025 to enhance our capabilities around the delivery of professional services and system development and automation
A restructure of the company saw the formation of 3 new divisions under the supervision of the Managing Director, Bart Bunting.
- Ahmad Fardos (linkedin.com) was promoted to Support Manager reflecting the increased emphasis on providing a superior level of customer service and support
- Michael Grant (linkedin.com) is now responsible for the Professional Services business and was appointed to the URSYS Board. Michael’s 20 years of exemplary service to the URSYS customer base made him the logical choice to take charge of this rapidly expanding business unit
- Patrick Duff (linkedin.com) is responsible for the Development and Infrastructure group. Patrick’s extensive knowledge across application development, automation, networking and infrastructure will allow URSYS to provide cutting edge solutions across all facets of the business
Strategically, Starlink and URSYS have set an exciting path for 2026 for a new standard for remote connectivity. The ability for URSYS to provide a fully secure LEO solution is vital for organisations that need connectivity to support critical infrastructure (URSYS Announces Secure Starlink Partnership)
Our ability to provide Private 5G-as-a-service solutions to the Australian market is opening new opportunities for both our existing customers and new clients. With partners such as CID Group, Nokia, Megaport and Fortinet, URSYS can now provide remote clients with high performance, low latency network solutions across the first, middle and last mile. Finally, to underpin our commitment to quality and trust, we’ve completed the journey to ISO certification for 27001 and 9001 and are only awaiting the arrival of our certification. This will increase our capability and consistency of delivery across all aspects of our business.
Looking ahead, 2026 promises to be a year of growth and opportunity.
Building on this year’s momentum, deepening our managed services, and elevating the customer experience across every touchpoint. We continue to sharpen our operational excellence while innovating in the areas our clients value most.
